Returns, Cancellations & Delivery
Composed expressly for each order.
Every OBJETS & FLEURS composition is individually assembled and finished in the studio after an order is personally confirmed. Nothing is drawn from finished inventory.
Before submitting an Order Request, we encourage you to review the specifications and dimensions carefully. Each composition is generously scaled and designed to have a distinct presence within the interior.
Order Requests
Submitting an Order Request does not constitute a purchase or confirmed order.
Once your request is received, we will personally review your selections, delivery details, applicable sales tax, and final total with you. Your order becomes confirmed once these details have been finalized and payment has been arranged.
Cancellations
A confirmed order may be cancelled within 24 hours of order confirmation.
After this period, materials may be sourced and work begins specifically for your composition. The order therefore becomes final and non-refundable and can no longer be cancelled.
Returns & exchanges
Because each composition is composed expressly for each order, OBJETS & FLEURS does not accept returns or exchanges after the cancellation period.
This includes changes of mind or preference relating to color, scale, placement, or aesthetic considerations after delivery.
Each composition follows the established silhouette, materials, palette, and proportions represented throughout the collection. As every piece is assembled individually by hand, subtle variations in the placement of blooms, stems, foliage, and stone are natural and form part of its individual character.
Please review all imagery, dimensions, materials, and composition details carefully before confirming your order.
Delivery
Complimentary shipping is included within the continental United States.
Please allow approximately 2–4 weeks for your composition to be completed prior to shipment, followed by transit time.
Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations may be available by special arrangement. Please include your destination with your Order Request so that availability and any additional delivery costs can be confirmed before your order is finalized.
Prepared for transit
Each composition is packed with particular care for its scale and form. It is secured within a double-walled shipping box, with the vessel stabilized, the stone protected against movement, and the blooms suspended so they do not rest against the sides of the box. Shipments are marked for fragile handling and upright orientation.
Despite these precautions, a small degree of settling may occur during transit.
On arrival, blooms and foliage may simply need to be lightly refined back into their intended silhouette, and any stone that has shifted can be smoothed gently into place. Minor settling of this nature is considered a normal part of shipment and does not constitute damage.
Damage in transit or an incorrect order
Please inspect your composition promptly upon delivery.
If it has sustained meaningful damage in transit, or if you have received a composition different from the one confirmed with your order, contact the atelier through the inquiry form within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include clear photographs of:
- the complete composition;
- the affected area;
- the interior and exterior packaging;
- the shipping label; and
- any visible damage to the shipping box.
We will review the circumstances promptly and determine the appropriate resolution.
All sales are final following the 24-hour cancellation period, except in the case of verified transit damage or fulfillment error.
