Returns & Cancellations
Made specifically for your order.
Every Objets & Fleurs composition is individually assembled after purchase rather than taken from finished inventory. For this reason, each piece is made to order and all sales become final after the cancellation period below.
We want you to feel confident before purchasing — detailed actual-product photography, multiple angles, product film, clear dimensions, and in-room scale photography are provided to help you understand the piece before ordering.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
After the 24-hour cancellation period, production begins and the order becomes final and non-refundable. Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled.
Finished-piece photography
Once your composition is complete, we send photographs of the actual finished arrangement before shipment. These provide visibility into the exact piece being sent. They are not a revision, customization, cancellation, exchange, or return period.
Returns & exchanges
Because every composition is individually made to order, Objets & Fleurs does not accept returns or exchanges. This includes: change of mind, color preference, scale or size considerations, placement considerations, aesthetic preference after delivery, and minor variations inherent to individually assembled pieces.
Please review all product photography, video, dimensions, colorway information, and details carefully before ordering.
Damage in transit or incorrect orders
Every composition is inspected and photographed prior to shipment.
If your piece arrives damaged in transit or you receive an item different from the one ordered, contact studio@objetsandfleurs.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of: the complete composition, the affected area, the packaging, the shipping label, and any visible transit damage. We will review and determine the appropriate resolution.
All sales are final except where a piece arrives damaged in transit or an incorrect item has been sent.
