Are the orchids real?
Objets & Fleurs specializes in premium permanent botanicals. Our Phalaenopsis orchids are selected for realism, coloration, scale, texture, and movement, allowing us to create sculptural floral compositions without the maintenance or limited lifespan of fresh flowers.
Are these fresh flowers?
No. The collection is intentionally created with permanent botanicals so each composition can become a lasting part of the interior.
Does the arrangement require watering?
No. Permanent botanicals require no watering.
How long will my arrangement last?
Permanent botanicals do not have a traditional bloom life. With thoughtful placement, protection from prolonged intense sunlight, and occasional dusting, your composition is designed to remain beautiful for years.
Are the pieces made to order?
Yes. Every composition is individually assembled after your order is placed; finished arrangements are not held as standard inventory. Your selected colorway is assembled, finished, inspected, photographed, and prepared specifically for your purchase.
Are the photographs of the actual product?
Our principal product photography features actual finished Objets & Fleurs compositions so you can clearly see the design, materials, scale, and detailing. Additional lifestyle imagery may illustrate how the composition lives within an interior. Because each piece is individually assembled, subtle variations are expected.
Will my piece look exactly like the photographs?
The overall design, colorway, materials, approximate dimensions, and visual character remain consistent with the piece shown. Because each composition is individually assembled and finished, slight differences in stem position, spacing, and balance are natural.
Can I see the arrangement from different angles?
Yes. Each product page includes multiple product views and close-up photography. Where available, product film provides an additional view of depth, scale, and silhouette.
What size is the arrangement?
Approximately 16 × 16 × 30 inches. At approximately 30 inches tall, it is intentionally designed as a substantial statement piece.
How can I understand the scale before ordering?
Product photography includes the composition within real interiors and alongside recognizable furniture and architecture. We recommend reviewing both the dimensions and in-room imagery before purchasing.
Will I see my actual arrangement before it ships?
Yes. Once your composition is complete, we send photographs of the finished piece before shipment so you can see the exact arrangement being sent.
Can I make changes after I receive the finished-piece photographs?
No. The photographs are for visibility and confirmation, not a customization or revision step. If there is an obvious discrepancy between the product/colorway ordered and the completed composition, contact us promptly before shipment.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that period, production begins and the order becomes final and non-refundable.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
No. Because every composition is made to order specifically for its purchaser, all sales are final after the 24-hour cancellation period. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, color preference, size, placement, or aesthetic preference.
What if my arrangement arrives damaged?
Every piece is inspected and photographed before shipment. If your composition arrives damaged in transit, contact studio@objetsandfleurs.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the piece, packaging, shipping label, and visible damage. We will review and determine the appropriate resolution.
What if I receive the wrong composition?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery. If an incorrect product or colorway was sent, we will review the order and resolve the issue.
What colorways are available?

Is shipping included?
Yes. Complimentary standard shipping is included within the continental United States.
Is sales tax included in the $850 price?
No. Applicable sales tax is calculated separately at checkout based on the delivery address.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, potentially. Our standard fulfillment is designed around the continental United States, but we are happy to explore international delivery by special arrangement. International orders require additional coordination and may involve additional freight, specialty packaging, insurance, customs documentation, duties, brokerage, and other destination-specific expenses — not included in the $850 and covered by the purchaser. Contact studio@objetsandfleurs.com before ordering so we can review feasibility and coordinate.
Do you ship to Alaska or Hawaii?
Potentially, by special arrangement. Contact us before ordering so we can review the destination and any additional packaging, freight, or delivery costs beyond our standard continental U.S. allowance.
Can I request a custom composition?
Select custom commissions may be considered for residential, hospitality, executive, or multi-piece projects. Contact the atelier directly to discuss.
Do you work with interior designers?
Yes. Objets & Fleurs welcomes inquiries from interior designers, architects, developers, stagers, hospitality groups, and corporate clients.
