The Collector’s Drawing (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by [SPONSOR LEGAL NAME], with offices at [SPONSOR STREET ADDRESS], [CITY, STATE, ZIP] (the “Sponsor”).
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the states of Arizona, California, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico and Utah who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. The Sweepstakes is void outside the eligible states and wherever prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such person, are not eligible.
The Sweepstakes begins on October 1, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time and ends on December 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time (the “Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be accepted.
During the Entry Period, visit the Sweepstakes page at [CAMPAIGN URL] and complete the entry form, including your first name, last name, email address, ZIP code, city, state, and the required survey questions, and confirm your agreement to these Official Rules. Only entries received through the official entry form during the Entry Period will be accepted. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address. Additional entries received from the same person or email address will be disregarded.
No purchase, payment, newsletter subscription, social-media follow, like, share, referral, trade status, or existing-customer status is required to enter, and none of these will grant additional entries or improve a person’s odds of winning. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
One (1) prize will be awarded. The prize consists of one (1) Objets & Fleurs Signature Orchid Composition (approximate retail value: $1,150). The winner may select one (1) of the sixteen (16) current Signature Orchid compositions, subject to availability. The composition will be composed expressly for the winner. Delivery to an eligible address within one of the six eligible states is included; delivery outside the eligible states is not included. No cash alternative or prize substitution will be permitted, except by the Sponsor, which reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. The winner is responsible for all taxes associated with the prize, if any.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period. All valid entries have equal odds of winning.
On or about January 5, 2027, the Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period to select one (1) potential winner. The drawing will be conducted using a secure, uniformly random selection process, and an audit record of the drawing will be retained by the Sponsor.
The potential winner will be notified by email at the email address provided at entry and must respond within five (5) calendar days of notification. The potential winner may be required to provide their full legal name, confirmation of age and residency, a complete delivery address within an eligible state, and their selected composition, and may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility and, except where prohibited, a liability release and publicity release. If a potential winner does not respond within five (5) calendar days, fails any eligibility verification, is found to be ineligible, or the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner by the same random process from among the remaining eligible entries.
The Sponsor will not publicly display the winner’s full name or address. Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner’s consent (which may be revoked in writing) for the Sponsor to use the winner’s name, city and state, and likeness for Sweepstakes promotional purposes without additional compensation, in a manner consistent with the Sponsor’s privacy commitments.
Information submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used and protected as described in the Privacy Policy. Entry is not conditioned on consent to receive marketing communications, and declining marketing consent does not reduce a person’s entry or odds of winning. Entrants who do not consent to marketing may receive only communications necessary to administer the Sweepstakes, including entry confirmation, administration notices, and potential-winner notification. Unsubscribing from marketing emails never affects sweepstakes eligibility.
The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, acting in violation of these Official Rules, or attempting to enter by automated, macro, script, robotic, or other fraudulent means. Entries generated by script, macro, or automated devices are void. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, or misdirected entries, or for technical failures of any kind. If for any reason the Sweepstakes cannot be conducted as planned due to fraud, technical failure, or other causes beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control, the Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes, with notice posted at [CAMPAIGN URL], and select a winner from eligible entries received prior to cancellation.
Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [GOVERNING STATE], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at entry.
For the winner’s name (city and state), send a written request, along with a self-addressed stamped envelope, to [SPONSOR LEGAL NAME], Attn: The Collector’s Drawing — Winner’s List, [SPONSOR STREET ADDRESS], [CITY, STATE, ZIP], to be received within sixty (60) days after the drawing date.
